Merger of FERI (Schweiz) AG with Limmat Wealth AG.
2021
Limmat Wealth AG becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of FERI (Schweiz) AG and expands the basis of individual wealth management for Swiss and international private clients.
2018
The FERI Group strengthens its presence in Switzerland and reflects this commitment in the company name of its Swiss subsidiary: renamed FERI (Schweiz) AG.
2015
The new joint venture has been operating under the name of Michel & Cortesi Asset Management since July 2015 and combines Michel & Cortesi’s many years of wide-ranging knowledge of Swiss securities with FERI’s unique expertise in asset management and advisory services for discerning private and institutional clients.

Michel & Cortesi Asset Management and FERI Trust AG (Schweiz) are merged in November.

FERI Trust AG (Schweiz) is established as an independent specialist for investment solutions for private and institutional investors in Switzerland

Michel & Cortesi Asset Management AG is founded as an independent specialist in Swiss capital investments (equities and bonds).
1987
FERI is founded as the first German multi-family office for the Quandt family and its associates in Bad Homburg, Germany. The firm was established on the basis of a unique idea: independent, first-class asset consulting and management in combination with the expertise of its own economic research institute.

Jointly managed investment volume within the FERI Group of around CHF 57 billion.
Clients
Together with the FERI Group, we offer tailor-made investment solutions for over 300 private and more than 200 institutional clients.
Our clients include wealthy families, pension schemes, private banks, insurance companies, trusts and foundations.
Employees
Our Swiss team has around 25 members and works in the charming city of Zurich.
The FERI Group has around 250 employees. Its head office is in Bad Homburg, Germany. Further locations are in Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Munich, Luxembourg and Vienna.
Regulation
FERI (Schweiz) AG has been approved by FINMA as an asset manager of collective investment schemes since 2007.

Frank Straatmann has been with the FERI Group for over 20 years and was for a long time the FERI Group's Board Member for Private Clients and Managing Director of FERI Trust. From 2021 onwards, he concentrated on the client business and the management of the FERI Group branch in Düsseldorf. In addition, he continued to drive forward strategic projects - such as the acquisition of the Swiss asset manager Limmat Wealth by FERI (Schweiz) AG at the beginning of 2021. He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of FERI (Schweiz) AG since 2022.

Regula Hotz studied electrical engineering and later food science at ETH Zurich. She has been a member of the Executive Board of Jakob Kowner AG since 2009 and has managed the company since the beginning of 2012, making a significant contribution to the success and further development of the company through her innovative leadership, her comprehensive technical expertise and her strong focus on sustainable growth.

Silvio Jagunic is co-founder of Michel & Cortesi Asset Management AG (2008), which was acquired by FERI in 2014. From 1993-2008 he worked for Swiss Re in various areas. Among other things, he was a research analyst for technology stocks and portfolio manager in Europe and Hong Kong, responsible for equity portfolios in China, Hong Kong, Korea and Taiwan. Silvio Jagunic holds a degree in business administration from the University of Zurich and is a certified financial analyst and asset manager (CIIA).

Peter Wittich is a licensed lawyer in Germany and has been working in the financial industry since 2000. After holding positions at the consulting firms Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, he joined the FERI Group in 2013. After holding various management positions in the fund management companies of the FERI Group, Peter Wittich became Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of FERI (Schweiz) AG in 2021 and a member of the Executive Board in 2022. Peter Wittich also represents the interests of FERI (Schweiz) AG in the FERI Group.
